Located 45 minutes north of Durban, 35 minutes from Umhlanga Rocks, 20 minutes from Ballito and 25 minutes from the soon to be built new King Shaka Durban International Airport at La Mercy.

The Fore

This large modern open-plan home is private & secluded, tucked away in the natural vegetation the KZN North Coast is renowned for. Watch the fish eagles sore in the distance and experience the cry of Africa pulsing through your veins, as the ocean's taste, smell and sound awakens your senses.

This stunning property will leave you numb, complete relaxation, the way holidays should be. We offer a unique service at The Fore, trying to make your holiday as convenient as possible. Spend those precious hours on the beach, at the pool or playing a round of golf, soaking up the tranquillity that lurks.

The villa is located in the middle of the estate taking no longer than a 2 minute drive to get the nearest beach access point, restaurant at The Lodge and main swimming pool area with tennis and squash court and a jungle gym for the kids.

Self Catering

If you would like to stay with us on a self catering basis the following will be included in the daily
rate:

Self Catering with Services

If you would like to stay with us on a serviced self catering basis, the following will be included in
the daily rate:

• A catering service for the duration of your stay, paying only ONE shopping bill at the end of your stay.
• This is inclusive of the shopping being done for you
  
• A housekeeper on a daily basis to clean and do laundry when required
  
• Use of all estate facilities

The Fore Facilities

• 4 en-suite air-conditioned rooms (2 rooms with en-suite shower and 2 rooms with en-suite bath) All rooms have twin beds.
• 5th bedroom is located towards the back of the kitchen and can be used for domestic quarters or as another room to sleep 10 in the main house. The 5th room is furnished in the same taste with en-suite bathroom and is also air-conditioned.
• Separate air-conditioned self contained cottage that can sleep up to 3 people maximum.
• Main TV Lounge with full bouquet DSTV and entertainment system. Opening up onto verandas on either side. Also offering a bar area and infinity pool.
• The braai area offers a built-in braai with table and chairs, and a portable charcoal braai which is on the same veranda as the infinity pool.
• A fully equipped kitchen with dishwashing machine, microwave and fridge/freezer, open plan to the dinning room area and lounge area. Screeded floors and stackable doors throughout for that open airy feeling throughout the house.
• Washing machine and tumbledryer and a washing line in back courtyard.
• Veranda with outside dining area (braai area) with 2 sun loungers and infinity pool for long days of relaxation

Apart from the Princes Grant Golf Estate being situated in a remarkably crime free area, it also offers Diplomatic security with include the following:

• A guarded entrance security gate
  
• Three security gate access points to our private beaches
  
• A 15 strand high voltage electrified perimeter fence
  
• Closed circuit video cameras positioned strategically around the estate and monitored 24hrs a day from the security offices
  
• 24/7 security patrols on the estate

Terms and Conditions

A. DEPOSITS

• 50% deposits are required on confirmation of bookings to secure the booking
  
• Full payment is required ONE month prior to check in date

PLEASE NOTE: Bookings will only be confirmed when proof of payment is received

B. CANCELLATIONS

• 50% cancellation fees will be charged if bookings are cancelled within a month of the arrival date
• 100% cancellation fees will be charged for bookings cancelled within two weeks of the arrival date

December bookings require full payment ONE month prior to your check in date and 100% cancellation fees are effective ONE month prior to your check in date

In the event of premature departure the full extent of stay as originally booked will be charged

Early check outs are NON-REFUNDABLE
