Location

Located 50 minutes north of Durban, 40 minutes from Umhlanga Rocks, 25 minutes from Ballito and new King Shaka International Airport at La Mercy.

Situated on the back end of the estate, with views of the coastal forest, the golf course and a partial ocean view, that is breathtaking. Watch the fish eagles sore in the distance and experience the cry of Africa pulsing through your veins, as the ocean's taste, smell and sound awakens your senses.

This stunning property will leave you numb, complete relaxation, the way holidays should be. We offer a unique service at The Golf House, trying to make your holiday as convenient as possible. Spend those precious hours on the beach, at the pool or playing a round of golf, soaking up the tranquillity that lurks.

The villa is located the top of the estate taking no longer than a 5 minute drive to get the nearest beach access point, restaurant at The Lodge and main swimming pool area with tennis and squash court and a jungle gym for the kids.

Please note that this house is not suitable for children under the age of 6 as there are steep stairwells and an open swimming pool.

We offer two options for your accommodation needs to make your holiday the way you want it and as convenient as possible.

Self Catering

If you would like to stay with us on a self catering basis the following will be included in the daily
rate:

Self Catering With Services

If you would like to stay with us on a serviced self catering basis, the following will be included in
the daily rate:

• A catering service for the duration of your stay, paying only ONE shopping bill at the end of your stay. This is inclusive of the shopping being done for you
• A housekeeper on a daily basis to clean and do laundry when required
• Use of all estate facilities

The Golf House Facilities

4 en-suite bedrooms through out the house all with air conditioning. The master bedroom, with queen size bed and en-suite bath and shower, this room is located on the entrance level of the house, offering easy access to the living and kitchen areas. It also has its own private balcony overlooking the golf course and ocean. There are two bedrooms located on the bottom level of the house, both with twin beds and en-suite showers.

These rooms have sliding doors that open onto a wooden veranda that overlooks the golf course. The fourth bedroom is located above the pool area and is completely separate from the main house. This room also has a queen size bed and an en-suite shower, with private balcony overlooking the swimming pool and courtyard.

Apart from the Princes Grant Golf Estate being situated in a remarkably crime free area, it also offers Diplomatic security with include the following:

Terms & Conditions

A. DEPOSITS

• 50% deposits are required on confirmation of bookings to secure the booking
  
• Full payment is required ONE month prior to check in date
  
• PLEASE NOTE: Bookings will only be confirmed when proof of payment is received

B. CANCELLATIONS

• 50% cancellation fees will be charged if bookings are cancelled within a month of the arrival date
  
• 100% cancellation fees will be charged for bookings cancelled within two weeks of the arrival date
  
• December bookings require full payment ONE month prior to your check in date and 100% cancellation fees are effective ONE month prior to your check in date
  
• In the event of premature departure the full extent of stay as originally booked will be charged
  
• Early check outs are NON-REFUNDABLE
